I am a new business, will you walk me through the process of building a website?
Will I own the completed website?
Yes! You will have full access and control over your website. We will not hold you hostage to using our services. We build most of our websites on WordPress and you can transfer to any hosting service. Once the website is completed, we will move to your hosting provider or we can provide that service for you as well.
How long does it take to build a website?
On average websites will take 30-45 business days to launch. This varies on how proactive you are with providing access, images, content, and revisions.
Do I need to have everything prepared before contacting you?
No. We can work on the layout, while you are working on the content for the website. We will give you an idea of layout, a place to get images, and inspiration for content.
How much does a website cost?

Are your websites totally responsive?

Do use templated themes for your websites?

What does responsive website design mean?

How many revisions am I allowed on my website?
We try to keep revisions to a minimum. We generally will have an initial revision for the actual layout of the website. Another for images, and content. And finally any last revisions or tweaks. We ask that you write down the revisions and are specific in the direction as this saves us all time. We want our customers to be happy with their website. We will work with you to make sure your website is a reflection of your company.

Yes we can purchase domain names on your behalf if you do not own one already.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We use Stripe to process all our transactions. We never store your information outside of that secure system. We will bill you monthly on a recurring basis if you choose to use any of our monthly services.
